All cloth doll with hard-pressed and oil painted face, painted facial features, blue eyes, closed mouth with accented lips, plump cheeks, brunette mohair wig, softly stuffed body with disc-jointed legs, stitch-jointed shoulders, wearing artist-made cotton dress with knit collar, red heavy knit stockings, white kidskin shoes, red knit cap, slip, knit undergarment. The doll is signed "CA Adams 011", and has an original tag "Christine Adams HandMade Dolls, Tiny Tots" that is hand-signed CA Adams 1982.
