Description
6". Having pressed felt head with classic Kewpie features, painted side-glancing eyes, blue felt wings, jointed arms and legs. Kewpie is wearing a petal style dress of green and shaded pink felt with gathered ribbon skirt, and an affixed felt cap in the shape of an upside down petal with stem on the top. There is an original paper label "Fleur, #205/250, Made for the United Federation of Doll Clubs 1999" that is autographed by R. John Wright and an RJW brass button. The doll is contained in its original box with certificate of authenticity and notation that the doll was made exclusively for the 50th anniversary of UFDC in 1999 in an edition of 250 dolls.
