Description
5". Each is of black pressed felt with painted facial features, googly eyes painted to be glancing at each other, coral lips, mohair curl at forehead, jointed baby arms and legs. Boy is wearing a cream felt diaper with green and yellow appliques, matching bib and large yellow felt beret; he holds a felt striped ball. Girl is wearing a green felt diaper with white applique polka dots, matching bib and bonnet with white ruffles and is holding a toy felt duckling. Each has original paper label on back "R. John Wright, GolliBaby Boy (or Girl) #22", and the pair is contained in original labeled box with certificates of authenticity. They were produced exclusively for the R. John Wright Collectors Club in 2000/2001. Only 320 sets were made.
