Bisque head on bisque shoulder plate, painted brown eyes with decorative glaze to suggest glass, beautifully painted brows, blush and lips,blonde human hair, muslin torso, bisque arms and legs, wearing artist-made white pique sailor suit, woven cap with fancy streamers, stockings, black leather shoes, signed by artist and 1979 date on head, with original paper booklet "Phyllis Wright, House of Wright" and hand-lettered "Karl #1250 KB 4".
