Description
17". Having pressed felt features with gentle expression, brown eyes set into deeply sculpted sockets, laughter crinkles around the eyes, broad bridge of nose, wide smile, sculpted ears, grey/golden long hair with receding hairline at forehead, long wavy beard, jointing at shoulders and hips. He wears a plaid cotton shirt, corduroy sienna trousers, tan felt vest with snaps, brown shoes, long woolen scarf, and blue felt beret with white woolen pom-pom, and carries a two-pronged stick. The doll is stamped on his foot and has Vermont hang tag. This was the first character doll model, and appeared in early advertisements as L1. The doll was offered in 1977 and 1978.
