6 1/2". Pressed felt swivel head with sculpted curly hair, painted facial features, blue side- glancing eyes, beaming smile, jointed arms with trademark thick spread-apart fingers, jointed legs, wearing white felt sun-suit with burgundy felt stripes, matching cap. Scootles has paper label "Kewpie Collection, Peppermint Pal, #24/300 R. John Wright Dolls" that is autographed by the artist, and is in original box with certificate of authenticity. Peppermint Pal was released for the Rose O'Neill luncheon at the UFDC 2003 convention in an edition of 300.
