Description
17" (43 cm.) Poured wax shoulderhead with rosy-pink complexion, blue glass inset eyes, deeply modeled eyeliner above and below eyes, rounded nose, closed mouth, lightly-tinted facial features, blonde inserted tendrils of hair, muslin body with pink-tinted poured wax arms and legs, bare feet. Condition: generally excellent, two finger tips rubbed on left hand. Comments: England, in the Montanari manner, circa 1865. Value Points: beautiful warm complexion, soft curls, original body and fine luxury original costume.
