Shaded brown mohair mouse with long tail, glass eyes, brown felt paws and felt-lined shaded ears, spectacles is seated atop a spool of thread with RJW label on the base, reading a little booklet "The Tailor and Cutter", with original paper label "Beatrix Potter, The Mouse Tailor, #87,R. John Wright", original certificate of authenticity indicating #87 from the piece produced exclusively for R. Jiohn Wright Collectors Club in 2001-2002; and with original silk-lined box and story book, The Tailor of Gloucester with Beatrix Potter illustrations. Only 585 models were produced of The Mouse Tailor.
