9". Carved alpine-maple wooden figure has sculpted and painted facial features, side- glancing eyes, black mohair wig, dowel-articulation at shoulders, elbows, hips and knees, sculpted large white gloved hands, large feet with brown strap shoes, wearing felt costume of white shirt, black vest, red shorts, yellow felt hat, with blue bow tie, carrying Pinocchio booklet . The figure is hand-signed R.J. Wright and Susan Wright on the feet, and inscribed "AP 4/5"; there is a brass RJW button. Pinocchio is contained in his original box noted "artist proof 4". The doll was issued in 1994 in an edition of 250 with this style eyes although this is prototype, 4/5.
