16" (41 cm.) Carved wooden socket head, intaglio small blue eyes with heavy eye lids, black pupils, white eye dots, painted black eye liner, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, blonde mohair bobbed wig, all wooden spring- jointed body. Condition: original finish, albeit deep paint flakes on brows, nose and upper lip. Marks: Schoenhut Doll, Pat. Jan 17. '11 USA and Foreign Countries. Comments: Schoenhut, circa 1912, the model 301. Value Points: the doll has original mohair bobbed wig, original Schoenhut shoes, and rose cotton dress that appears original.
