15" (39 cm.) Carved wooden swivel head on wooden shoulder plate, painted blue eyes, feathered brows, upper eyeliner, accented nostrils, closed mouth with pouty expression, blonde tacked on mohair bobbed wig, soft-stuffed muslin body with wooden hands. Condition: generally excellent, crier not working. Marks: HE Schoenhut c. 1920 Comments: Schoenhut, the model 107, described by the firm as "Schoenhut's stuffed dolls with mama voices". Value Points: rare model with original finish and wig, wearing original Schoenhut costume #812 described as "White Linen Russian Suit" albeit designed for larger child doll.
