23" (59 cm.) Bisque socket head, large brown glass paperweight inset eyes, richly painted brows and lashes, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with defined space between the shaded and accented lips, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, Jumeau composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent, slight body finish scuffing. Marks: Depose Tete Jumeau Bte SGDG 11 (and artist check marks, head) Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1888. Value Points: beautiful gleaming complexion enhanced by luminous brown eyes, wearing antique silk couturier dress, undergarments, silk and lace bonnet, socks, leather shoes signed "Bebe Jumeau Depose 11".
