15" (38 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, brush stroked brows with decorative glaze, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, blonde mohair wig over plaster pate, early composition and wooden attached-ball-jointed body with straight wrists, antique white woolen suit with matching cap, leather shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 10. Comments: Kestner, circa 1890. Value Points: expressive features and choice bisque and painting, original body and body finish.
