17" (44 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head with pink tinted complexion, brown sculpted hair arranged with curls spilling onto the forehead and arranged in formal finger curls all over the head, partially sculpted ears, painted blue eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, single stroke brows, closed mouth with pert smile, muslin stitch-jointed body, porcelain lower limbs, nicely costumed in antique cotton dress, undergarments, shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1880. Value Points: rare brown hair enhances the soft rose complexion, delicate smile.
