13" (33 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-lined bisque shoulder plate, large blue glass enamel inset eyes, painted lashes, lightly feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with accented lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, padded stockinette over metal armature body, composition hands and lower legs, nicely costumed in silk dress, lace bonnet, stockings, shoes, undergarments. Condition: generally excellent, hands retouched. Marks: F 4 G (head and shoulders, body has Gesland stamp). Comments: Gaultier, circa 1884. Value Points: very pretty little bebe with rare body style, lovely bisque and painting.
