3"-11" (7 and 28 cm.) Each is all-wooden doll with one piece head and torso, painted facial complexion and black hair in various styles, painted facial features, dowel-jointed wooden body with painted shoes except costumed doll designed for use as pen wiper so without legs. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Grodnertal, circa 1840. Value Points: interesting assortment of varieties including model with red sculpted hair, another with long curls in front of each ear, the largest with original handmade undergarments.
