8" Mary. Figures and accessories from the children's nursery rhyme are included in the set of wooden toys: Mary with two part face, earliest version, having larger eyes and white smile with painted teeth, wearing original costume including straw hat, painted blue stockings, black shoes; lamb with glass eyes, red ribbon and original bell; school desk and bench with attached "First Reader" and paper blackboard; and feeding trough for lamb. Excellent condition. Schoenhut, circa 1910. A rare set in early version with accessories.
