Condition: bisque excellent throughout, kid body patched. Marks: R.C. Depose. Comments: the bisque head was especially commissioned by Radiguet and Cordonnier who deposed this deluxe model in 1880 for their poupee statuette although it was sometimes used, as in this case on a standard poupee body (see Encyclopedia of French Dolls, pages 153-155). Value Points: very rare and beautiful character expression with unique double row of teeth, smile, bosom, bare feet.
