Description
Each 8" (20 cm.) Each has two-part molded head with original painting and facial features, wooden body with slits in feet for positioning. Included is Black Dude, earliest version, with black coat and pinned-down checkered pants, white felt top hat, painted yellow shoes; Chinese Acrobat with thin neck, wearing blue coat with yellow felt trim and white short trousers; and Hobo with original brown coat, black hat, spotted shirt and green trousers. Also included are two Schoenhut chairs and two ladders. Excellent condition with original painting and costumes throughout well preserved, albeit paint flake on Chinese Acrobat's ear and his queue missing. Schoenhut, circa 1908, very early version circus performers in fine original condition.
