Description
8" Mary (20 cm.) Mary with two-part head, blonde sculpted hair with center-part and long pageboy curls has painted facial features with tentative smile, tiny eyes, all wooden body with blue painted stockings, black shoes with slits for positioning, wears (dusty) factory original costume. Included is original blue wooden wheelbarrow, milking stool, wooden bucket and rake and five farm animals, each with very fine original painting, leather horns, beards, ears or tails, and highly defined sculpting: glass-eyed pig, glass-eyed goat, glass-eyed lamb, glass-eyed cow, and painted eye dog. Excellent condition, dog's face a bit scuffed. Schoenhut, circa 1908.
