Description
each 7" (18 cm.) Each has porcelain shoulder head with sculpted black hair and painted facial features, blue eyes, muslin body, porcelain lower limbs with painted shoes, beautifully costumed in antique gowns. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1870, including lady with stippling details around wide pouffed curls at sides and chignon at back of head; and lady with very long hair waved away from face, enhanced by stippling, decorated with cascades of modeled beads, and terminating in three long ringlet curls onto back shoulders.
