11" (28 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged
bisque shoulder plate,pale blue glass enamel
inset eyes,painted lashes,feathered
brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed
mouth with accented lips,pierced ears,original
tightly stuffed poupee body with shapely torso.
Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 2/0 (head)
2 FG (shoulders). Comments: Gaultier,circa 1870.
Value Points: in pristine original condition,the
lady wears her original folklore Normandy costume
including custom woven skirt,velvet vest with
lace edging,tablier,undergarments,shoes and lace-
edged coiffe.
