Description
21"h. (53 cm.) Wooden secretary desk with paneled
cupboard above a slant-front bureau/desk with
five lower drawers. The desk front opens to
reveal a tooled leather writing surface and
elaborate fitted niches and tiny drawers,and the
desk is decorated overall with Fragonard style
hand-painted scenes and floral designs.
French,mid-20th century in the 18th century
manner,entirely handmade. Excellent condition.
