Description
3 1/2" (9 cm.) An all-bisque Kewpie head,hands
and feet,are modeled as though just bursting out
from an egg-shell that is decorated in brown and
green camouflage; Kewpie wears a black soldier's
helmet with gold decorations and holds a grey and
brown rifle in his left outstretched arm.
Excellent condition. Germany,circa 1914,an
identical model was made depicting Civil War
soldier. Very imaginative and rare O'Neill Kewpie
action figure in pristine condition.
