15" (38 cm.) Solid domed bisque head with flanged
neck,painted brown baby hair with well-defined
forehead bangs,small brown glass eyes,painted
lashes,tinted brows,nearly closed mouth with
shaded lips,two bottom teeth,tongue,muslin
body,composition limbs,cotton baby dress.
Condition: bisque excellent,composition limbs
scuffed. Marks: Copr. by J.L. Kallus Germany
1304/34. Comments: Baby Bo-Kaye,designed by the
American artist,produced in Germany,circa
1925,under commission from Borgfeldt. Value
Points: rare character model with most appealing
expression,fine quality of bisque and painting.
