Description
6" (13 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque torso, brown glass eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, blonde mohair wig, peg-jointed bisque arms and legs, cupped hands, shapely legs with tiny ankles, bare feet, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent, tiny flakes at leg stringing holes. Comments: Kestner, circa 1885. Value Points: very beautiful gentle expression, swivel head, closed mouth, wonderfully modeled body with bare feet.
