3 1/2" (9 cm) reading book. Each is all
bisque,depicting Kewpie in playful pose,one
seated with book on its lap,the word "Kewpie:
visible on the book page,with arm outstretched as
though about to turn the page; the other with
outstretched arms,crossed ankles,seated. Both
marked c. in circle. Germany,designed by Rose
O'Neill,circa 1912. Excellent condition.
