Bisque socket head, large blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, widely arched brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, closed mouth, shaded and outlined lips with defined center space, pierced ears, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body with straight wrists. Condition: generally excellent, original body finish with light finger scuffing. Marks: Depose Tete Jumeau Bte SGDG 8 (and artist's check marks on head) Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Value Points: very beautiful creamy bisque enhanced by luminous large eyes, the bebe wears her original ivory satin and silk twill Jumeau couturier costume from the workshops of Ernestine Jumeau with matching bonnet, knit stockings, and ivory satin shoes with gold lettering "Bebe Jumeau Med d'or 1878 Paris Depose".
