9"h. All-wooden two-seater outhouse with open-air wall design, heart-shaped cut-out on doors, has two compartments, roll of paper hanging on one door. An all porcelain doll known as Frozen Charlotte stands inside. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: circa 1885. Value Points: amusing miniature "room" in the folk art tradition.
