25" (64 cm.) Brown curly mohair chimp with swivel head, felt face with brown glass eyes, stitched open mouth, white mohair beard, felt ears, hands and feet with defined digits, wearing rust velvet vest with sewn in label "Metro Goldwin Mayer" and lettered "S. Beckett 43,1030 9873". Original Steiff button in ear. Germany, circa 1950's. Excellent condition.
