Composition socket head with sculpted short brown bobbed hair and bangs, green sleep eyes, real lashes, painted lashes, short feathered brows, pug nose with accented nostrils, closed mouth with rosebud-shaped lips, five piece composition body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Effanbee Patsy-Joan. Comments: Effanbee, circa 1935. Value Points: fine original condition with lovely complexion and hair, wearing original red polka dot dress, undergarments, shoes, socks, hat, with original blue coat and heart-shaped wrist tag included.
