Felt swivel head with pressed facial features, blue glass inset eyes in half moon shape, brown painted lashes, blue eye shadow, single stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with beaming smile, painted teeth, auburn mohair fleecy hair, cloth body with sewn-on blue velvet sailor costume, felt hands, black velvet feet. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Norah Wellings, made in England. Comments: Norah Wellings, circa 1935. Value Points: exceptionally large size with superb detail of pressed facial features and dimples.
