18" (45 cm.) Portraying an adult black man with furrowed expression, high domed forehead, black sculpted curls at sides and back of head, yellow skull cap with black rim, side-glancing eyes, sculpted ears, mouth sculpted as though open with defined teeth, expressive fingers, painted blue stockings and red shoes, original silk costume. Excellent condition except neck cleanly reglued, some paint rubs on hands and legs.
