14" (36 cm.) Solid domed composition head that attaches to wooden neck socket, painted brown hair with long forelock curl, painted side-glancing blue eyes, white eyedots, upper lashes, inverted- comma brows, rosebud-shaped mouth, muslin torso, composition arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Effanbee Skippy c. P.L. Crosby. Comments: Skippy, by Effanbee, circa 1935. Value Points: all-original wearing blue flannel plaid double-breasted coat and (tagged) shorts, cap, white shirt, blue bow tie, shoes and socks, celluloid Skippy pin.
