Bisque socket head, deep blue glass paperweight inset eyes, lushly painted lashes, thick brushstroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with outlined lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 2. Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1890. Value Points: endearing petite doll has dramatic eyes and eye decoration, closed mouth, original wig, original body and body finish, antique costume, leather ankle boots signed "2".
