Description
17" (45 cm.) Wooden armoire with original painted white finish has mirrored double doors and bronze decorative mounts on side columns and crest. The doors open to reveal an interior fitted with ribbon-tied sheets, bed lines, table covers and other accessories for playing dolls. The interior door lists the contents and indicates that the armoire is appropriate for display with bebes size 3 and 4, presumably referring to Bebes Jumeau sizing. Excellent condition, some paint rubs on exterior. French, circa 1890.
