23" x 29" (58 x 74 cm.) Oil painting portrays an older girl with very solemn expression wearing a green plaid dress with red trim, matching lace-edged bonnet, and holding a pink-gowned fashion doll in her arms, the doll with lace trimmed dress and flower-trimmed bonnet. Details of the painting include ring on the girl's finger. Signed O. Kendall, framed. Excellent condition, re-stretched canvas. Circa 1875.
