25" (64 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, brown glass inset eyes, dark painted lashes, brush-stroked brows tapered to a very fine point at outer edges, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, very slightly parted lips with outline accents, square cut upper teeth, blonde human hair, kid body with slender torso, gusset-jointing, bisque forearms, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 14. Comments: Kestner, circa 1890, the model is known as A.T. Kestner for its resemblance to the French bebe marked A.T. Value Points: beautiful and rare doll with very fine modeling and quality of bisque.
