Bisque blue jasperware round plate is decorated with relief designs featuring eight different Kewpies (including Wag the Chief and the Carpenter), a circle of flowers around the rim, and a ribbon design impressed "The Kewpies". Marked Rose O'Neill Kewpie Germany. Germany, circa 1915.
