Description
6" (15 cm). Heavy all-bisque black standing Kewpie with right glancing eyes and jointed arms wears a modeled blue flat-top cap with red piping and band trimmed with ornamental central button. Marked O'Neill on feet and with red heart label "Kewpie Metropole Bazaar". Some paint rubs on complexion. Germany, circa 1920.
