All-composition standing Kewpie with left-glancing eyes, jointed arms, blue wings, is wearing an original silk ribbon costume of dress with boa collar and cap, with Happy New Year ribbon design. Original paper label on base "Kewpie, Reg. US Pat Off, Des. Pat. Jul 22,1913." American, circa 1915.
