4 1/4" (11 cm.) All-bisque standing Kewpie with left-glancing eyes and jointed arms is wearing a modeled and painted costume suggesting little Dutch lad, with white shirt, short blue pants, loose tan belt, pink scarf, and white Dutch style cape. Marked O'Neill on feet and having red heart Kewpie label on top of the cap. Germany, circa 1916.
