All-bisque standing Kewpie with left-glancing eyes and jointed arms, is wearing an original green felt flannel Cossack costume with belt, black turban with brown banding and silver star, and painted black boots. Marked O'Neill on feet and with red heart label on chest and other paper label on back. Germany, circa 1916.
