All-bisque standing Kewpie with right-glancing eyes and jointed arms, is wearing a bright orange crepe paper costume with matching party hat trimmed in black and a matching orange umbrella. Marked O'Neill on feet. A series of holiday dolls in crepe paper costumes were offered in a 1917 catalog. Germany, circa 1917.
