4 3/4" (12 cm.) All-bisque standing Kewpie with right-glancing eyes and jointed arms is wearing a modeled white party hat with blue feather tassel at the peak. The hat is sculpted to appear as though it was made of folded paper. Marked O'Neill on feet. Germany, circa 1915.
