Description
5 1/2" (14 cm.) All-bisque standing Kewpie with very large left-glancing eyes, and jointed arms. There is exceptional detail of sculpted hair including the back of the head, more pronounced nose, and deeper socket outlines. Marked with original red heart paper label. Germany, circa 1910, one of the earliest models of Kewpies produced.
