4 1/2" (12 cm.) All-bisque one-piece figure of seated left-glancing Kewpie, posed alertly, intent upon the spider crawling on his left toes. The model appeared in the original 1912 Borgfeldt catalog of Kewpies as 4843A. Marked c (in circle). Germany, circa 1912.
