20" (51 cm.) Brunette wig drawn away from face into clusters of curls at her crown and nape, tiny spit curls over each ear. Wearing tagged mauve taffeta gown with snugly-fitted torso having zipper closure at the back, flared braid-trimmed decolletage, full-length gathered skirt with draped bi-color (ecru and metallic gold) hip sash which forms into a dramatic bow at the side hip, tulle and taffeta matching petticoat, panties, seamed stockings, garter, gold cross-strap heels, double-teardrop earrings, pearl and chain necklace, rhinestone-studded bracelet, ring. Excellent/near mint condition. Alexander, 1955, the doll is a variation of model 2100 from "A Child's Dream Come True" series, has rare zipper closure, rare earrings only appearing on dolls of this year, and is presented in her original (worn) box labeled 2100 and with store tag from FAO Schwartz.
