4" (10 cm.) All-bisque kneeling Kewpie with right-glancing eyes has head turned sharply to the right and arms held backward, as though alarmed at a nearby activity. Marked c (n circle). The model appeared in the 1912 Borgfeldt catalog of Kewpies as #4848. Germany, circa 1912.
