2"h. (5 cm.) A seated all-bisque Kewpie holds a mandolin in its arms as though strumming, and leans against a bisque green wicker handled basket with modeled green flowers at the base. Impressed 8894,and marked c (in circle). Germany, circa 1915. The charming novelty was designed to hold candy favors for each guest at a party.
